Nanoflare 1000 Z: Geoffrey's review
The Nanoflare 1000 Z, with its lightning yellow, is the racket of pure speed. You can spot it from afar on a court, and you can hear it too: the shuttlecock cracks.
What you'll feel
It is very stiff and head-light: the head is light, so you move the racket extremely quickly. Your counters, drives, and defenses fly off like arrows. And thanks to its stiffness, your smashes are very fast, even if it doesn't have the weight of a head-heavy racket. This is a racket that requires clean technique and a fast swing.
For whom?
Expert and competitive players who play fast, especially in doubles, but also in singles if your game relies on speed and counter-attacking.
Nanoflare or Astrox?
Astrox = weight in the head and heavy smashes. Nanoflare = racket speed and responsiveness. The 1000 Z is the extreme of speed.
My advice
12 kg or more with Exbolt 63 or BG80 to stay in the spirit of speed.
You choose your string, your tension, the color of your overgrip, and even your name on the shaft right above: I prepare it in the workshop and it ships ready to play.
