A stencil on your strings

A logo painted on your racket's strings, in the workshop, right after stringing.

Geoffrey at the stringing machine in the 100%BAD workshop

A logo painted right onto your racket's strings: Yonex, 100%BAD, a star, a heart, a dolphin…

I do it myself in the workshop, right after stringing your racket, with a Yonex marker made specially for the job.

Ink: Black

String: White

This is just a preview. You order the stencil on your racket's page, in the "Stencil" step, once you've chosen your string and tension.

3 steps, on your racket's page

  1. 1

    Choose your string and tension

On your racket's page, choose your string, its colour and your tension. The stencil is painted on strings I put in myself, in the workshop.

  2. 2

    Bonus step: the stencil

Once you've chosen your tension, the "Stencil" step appears: pick your logo and the ink colour, and watch it appear on your racket.

  3. 3

I paint it in the workshop

I string your racket, then paint your stencil with the special Yonex stencil marker. It leaves ready to play… and ready to give as a gift.

A stencil is mostly about style

  • A purpose-made Yonex marker

I use the Yonex marker designed for string stencils: the ink is made for strings and doesn't damage them.

  • It won't last for weeks

I'd rather be honest: every shuttle you hit rubs the ink, so the colour fades match after match. That's only natural given how it's used, and it happens with every stencil, even the pros'.

  • Perfect for a gift

A new racket with a logo on the strings makes an impression when it's unboxed, in photos or at a first tournament.

  • I adapt to your strings

Black on light strings, white on dark strings, black on Aerobite. If the colour you chose doesn't stand out well on your strings, I reserve the right to change it so the result looks as good as possible.

How much does a stencil cost?

2 € for the Yonex or 100%BAD logo, 3 € for the other stencils. It's added to your cart automatically with your racket.

Why can't I see the "Stencil" step?

It only appears once you've chosen a string and a tension: the stencil is painted on strings I put in at the workshop. If you don't choose a string, your racket ships with its factory string, without a stencil.

How long does the stencil last?

A few sessions, rarely weeks: every hit rubs the ink and the colour fades little by little. It's a cosmetic touch, ideal for a gift or a new racket that turns heads.

Can I choose any ink colour?

You can choose black, red or white. If the colour doesn't stand out well on your strings, I'll change it so the result looks as good as possible.

Can I get my club's logo?

Yes, on quote: see "Your own logo" just below.

Your own logo: club, team, company…

Want your club's logo or your own design on your strings? I can make a custom stencil, on quote. Send me your logo and I'll reply by email.
