Astrox 77 Pro: Geoffrey's review
If I had to recommend just one attacking racket, it would surely be the Astrox 77 Pro. It is the best compromise I know of between power and ease of play.
What you will feel
It is head-heavy, so your smashes have weight. But its medium-stiff shaft works with you: it flexes a little and returns energy, which makes the shuttle move fast without you needing to force it. You can string together attacks without exhausting your arm. Its flashy orange color does not go unnoticed on the court.
Who is it for?
Confirmed and expert players who love to attack, in both singles and doubles. Choose the 3U (88g) if you have an intense, offensive game: being heavier, it provides more power and stability, but it is harder to play with. The 4U (83g) is more maneuverable and easier to handle throughout a match.
My advice
It loves the BG80 and Exbolt 63 at between 11 and 12 kg. If you are still progressing, stay closer to 10.5 kg.
You choose your string, your tension, the color of your overgrip, and even your name on the shaft directly above: I will prepare it in the workshop and it will leave ready to play.
