Arcsaber 11 Play: Geoffrey's review
Want the look and feel of an Arcsaber 11 without spending €200? The Arcsaber 11 Play is made for you. It's one of the models I recommend most to players starting out in clubs who want a real racket to improve with.
Why it's great for progress
It's semi-stiff: the shaft helps you a bit to get the shuttle to the back of the court when your technique isn't quite there yet. And its even balance means you're never behind, whether in defense or at the net. It's very forgiving, which is exactly what you need to build confidence.
For whom?
Motivated beginners, leisure players looking to step up their game, or club players looking for a reliable backup racket. 4U weight (83 g).
My advice
Don't string it too tight: between 9.5 and 10.5 kg, you'll get easy power and a string that lasts. BG65 is a great choice to start with.
You choose your string, your tension, your overgrip color, and even your name on the shaft directly above: I'll prepare it in the workshop and it will ship ready to play.
